Shipping policy

At Overhead Industries Ltd. (operating as Overhead Studios), we ship orders across Canada and select international destinations. Shipping timelines and costs vary depending on the product type, order details, and destination.


Processing Times

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Many of our products are custom manufactured or engraved. Processing times for these items vary based on complexity and order volume. Estimated production timelines will be communicated at the time of order or quote approval.

Standard / Non-Custom Items
In-stock, non-custom items typically ship within 2–5 business days.

Processing times do not include shipping transit time.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using reputable carriers such as:

  • Canada Post

  • Purolator

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Local courier (when available)

Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, destination, and service reliability.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Local Pickup (If Available)

Local pickup may be available for customers in or near Quesnel, BC. If local pickup is offered for your order, this option will be displayed at checkout or arranged by prior communication.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.


Delays & Carrier Issues

While we work hard to meet stated timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date)

  • Provide your order number and photos if applicable

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.


International Shipping

International shipping availability and timelines vary by destination. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are not included in shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient.
