Refund policy

At Overhead Industries, many of our products are made to order, customized, or manufactured specifically for each customer. Because of this, our return and refund policy is structured to be fair, clear, and transparent.


Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds, unless the item arrives defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Custom items include, but are not limited to:

  • Laser-engraved products

  • Custom signage (wood or metal)

  • Custom tools, organizers, or fabricated parts

  • Personalized tumblers, glassware, mugs, or keychains

  • Custom dimensions, materials, or finishes requested by the customer

Please review all proofs, mockups, dimensions, and specifications carefully before approving production.


Standard / Non-Custom Products

For non-custom, standard products, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Missing components

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost, including shipping where applicable.


Installation & Use Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by improper installation

  • Wear from normal use

  • Modifications made after delivery

  • Environmental or job-site conditions

Please ensure products are installed and used according to their intended purpose.


Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
